• Lifetime on the frame, defined as:
  • Main frame weldment.
  • Boom weldment.
  • Rear Swing Arm weldment.
  • Upper and Lower Front Control Arm weldments.
• One Year from date of purchase for Standard Components, defined as:
  • Seat Pan (excludes foam/cover)
  • Spindle Assembly (Knuckle, Axle, Steering Bracket)
  • Steering Headset Assembly
  • Shocks
  • Brake Caliper
  • Hubs
• Items with OEM Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Shifter/Derailers
  • Bionx Electric Assist Kits
• Wear Items Not Covered By Warranty
  • Bearings
  • Heim Joints
  • Ball Joints
  • Chain
  • Chain Guide Tubing
  • Tires/Tubes
  • Brake Pads/Rotors

Warranty Conditions

• The Original owner can only claim under the warranty by showing the original purchase receipt.
• Customers are responsible for all warranty related shipping.
• The Warranty only applies to material/construction errors and/or parts thereof.
• The Warranty expires in the following conditions
  • Handling without due care, or was involvement in an accident.
  • Unapproved modifications or parts additions.
  • Not assembled per instructions
  • Maintenance not performed according to manual
  • Deficiencies due to climate, like rust or cracks in plastic/rubber

Warranty Claim Process:

• Contact Berserker Customer Service about the nature of your claim
• Berserker will evaluate each claim on an individual basis, with the final decision whether a broken/damaged part falls under warranty is made by a Berserker approved engineer.
• Customer Service will inform the customer any costs not covered under warranty.
